Clean & Sanitize
Before using your Femme Flexor, sterilize the pelvic floor strengthening tool in boiling water. Make sure you use enough water, and that the tool doesn’t burn at the bottom of the pot. After 3–5 minutes, the tool is sterilized and ready to be used.
Always wash your hands before inserting and removing the Femme Flexor.
Use warm water and scent-free soap to wash your Femme Flexor before inserting and after removing. Remember to be extra mindful when cleaning the apertures of the tool.
Insertion & Removal
Insert the Femme Flexor into your vagina – just past the entrance – it should slide comfortably into place.
To remove the Femme Flexor, put one or two fingers in your vagina. Use your core muscles to push the Femme Flexor down. Grab hold of one of the apertures. Once you have looped your finger into an aperture, gently rock the Femme Flexor from side to side and pull it out.
Storage
Let air dry and store in the original Femme Flexor cotton bag.
